      Sunday Church

      March 12th, 2006 | by daniel | Spain2006

Today we spent the day in Javea worshiping with the church the Day’s belong to: Valley Fellowship. The drive to the church was through windy mountain roads and then through the valley where grape vines have been pruned back in preparation for the new planting season so that they look like craggy hands trying to escape the earth. Brings new meaning to scriptures about vines and pruning.

It is amazing to be able to go to another continent and be with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. We had a time of worship an praise, then Connie and Felicia shared testimonies. After we presented one of our puppet shows for the kids, brother Basil brought a word about the Blood of Christ.

Following services we were invited to a barbeque at the home of Mike and Doreen. Mike spent the morning making us paella - complete with Squid Ink!!!

The rest of the day was spent resting and preparing for the week.

Please pray that we get quality rest, for our Monday which will be spent prayer walking through Jalon, and that we continue to see and hear. Thanks!

Thank you for keeping us posted. You’re in our prayers.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.”
