McKenna and I have been busy creating an online blog community for Moms and Moms-to-be. The Mom Crowd will be full of handy articles, resources, tips and tricks, how-to’s, and product reviews. We hope to have some fun discussions in our comments as we post about some hot topics. My desire is that this will be a positive site about real life issues.

I am excited to see how The Mom Crowd grows. McKenna and I have been working on this project for two months. We have worked during naps, in between appointments, and late at night. Creating a site from scratch was not easy. There are so many details to decide. Luckily, my wonderful and talented husband put it all together for me and handled a lot of the technical aspect. It was really nice to tell him what I wanted on the site and he would do it! I would give him pieces of code from different sites and he would magically make them work on my site. I am very thankful for my amazing husband and the support he has given me.

I think it is going to be neat to see how our articles change in topic as our children grow. McKenna and I will never be wanting for content. We have some surprises in the works and can’t wait to show them to everyone.

I am having a lot of fun partnering with McKenna. She is a great sounding board and a real encouragement to me throughout the process.
