I am getting ready to scrapbook for 24 hours straight this weekend. It is sort of like one of those Dance-a-thons and the last one dancing wins. Except in this case the last one scrapbooking wins. Kelly could probably win it and she would have ran out of life events to scrapbook, because she would have completed at least 864 books. Just kidding!! I am not really going to a Scrap-a-thon.
Although to be honest Kelly would win if such an event existed.
I am going to join my mom-in-law, Felicia, and sis-in-law, Denise, on a scrapbooking retreat near Fredricksberg, TX. I am going to leave first thing Saturday morning and come back Sunday morning. That is right, Daniel will be alone with Annabelle for 24 hours! He says that I have thrown the gauntlet down. He is going to see how much he can get done while still caring for Ace. Really, it’s just my ploy to get him to do some house work while I am gone. (To be fair he probably does more house work than I do.)
It should be a fun weekend! I am going to try and do my wedding album. Luckily all the photos won’t be permanent if it turns out horrible.
On a side note: I am sad to see Michael Johns leave American Idol tonight. Maybe he just wasn’t pop material. If I heard him singing at a place like the Shady Grove or Nutty Brown, I would gladly listen and enjoy my evening.
And if you are an AI fan and you haven’t been watching Idolatry over at ew.com then you better high-tail it over there and catch up. It’s pretty darn funny sometimes. Kristy Lee is a Robot!

It should be called “crop till you drop”, I remember going with Mom to Houston, she went to a scrapbook session, and I went to go see Yao Ming and the Houston Rockets, oh yeah !!

I’m jealous. I need a scrapbook-a-thon…..I know I could honestly spend 24 straight hours scrapbooking if my family would let me.
Have a great time!
