This line about momma’s hands always gets me. It reminds me of the desperation I felt while praying for salvation for my parents, and the elation I feel watching them worshiping God now. And mom does sing in the choir.

In her research for our NYC trip Amanda found out about a rice pudding bar, Rice to Riches. She knows I love rice pudding because it reminds me of my grandma making it for me as a kid. It’s a fantastic shop! My favorite was the Almond Rice Pudding. (Oh, and they ship overnight!)
