The team made it to Barcelona this morning after an almost all-night time at the burning of the Fallas. Spent the day in Barcelona walking the Ramblas and trying to stay awake! We will fly home tomorrow A.M. Can´t wait to see everyone and share ´the rest of the story´! God is good.
Today we will be in Valencia viewing the main Fallas. We will observe the mascletas – or fireworks in the afternoon and then the addoration of Mary, where the Falleras (women in traditional Spanish costume) bring flowers to the Virgin Mary. We “rested” today and gave the team a free day – actually one group drove south to Mertha, and the other group drove south to Benidorm. We uploaded some more pictures in the Photo Gallery, go check them out!!!
Yesterday we went to Denia to do more prayer walking and to do more puppet shows. Denia is a very beautiful and cosmopolitan town. We’ve spent the last two day’s prayer walking in Javea along the Arenal, the Pueblo (city centre) and the Port. God has been giving us insight into how and what to pray for the area. Several in the team have had divine appointments – ask Renee about Ladyman! There is truly spiritual “ground plowing” happening. [...]
Today we spent the day in Javea worshiping with the church the Day’s belong to: Valley Fellowship.
