Chocolate Souffle and Lamb
Daniel and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday by hiring a babysitter, dressing up, and slowly enjoying our four course meal. I knew Daniel was taking me out, but the destination was a surprise. On the way Daniel asked me to guess which restaurant. I’ve guessed correctly before on another date and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to play that game again, because Daniel got upset that I named it on the first try. He egged me on so I guessed, “Silo’s?” He said, “How’d you know?” I replied, “I’m just that good.”
I forgot to bring my camera. However, I am not sure that I wanted to look like some paparazzi taking photos of Britney Spears ordering a taco. Here is a collage from Silo Elevated Cuisine that I took with my camera phone. Note the chocolate soufflé. Possibly the most perfect dessert ever created.
I can so relate to the “guess where ____?” or “guess what ____?” trap.
