You're welcome! It's less intimidating than doing a Top 10 list, don't ya think?

I love all the movies you chose but have never seen White Christmas! Gasp! Maybe once as a teen while babysitting, but I don't remember. I love love LOVE Love Actually and watch it a few times a year, but it is indeed a great Christmas movie. I love how that crap song climbs the charts and how funny that singer is. And of course, the Colin Firth storyline. I'm also always quite moved by the ending, when the boy is running through the airport and Firth is marching through Portugal, both of them looking for their sweethearts. And Hugh Grant is so cute in it. And when Emma Thompson finds out her hubby has been cheating (sorta), her emotional reaction is heartbreaking. Oh my gosh, time to put it in the dvd player.

Favorite part of Home Alone? When he buys the toothbrush. So precocious.

And You've Got Mail. Yummy movie. When I went to NYC in 2000, my friends and I sought out several places on the Upper West Side that were scenes in the film, and we ate at Cafe Lalo about 3 times (where she thinks she's stood up). It's the cutest place!

I look forward to more of your fave fives!
