Missing Cubeville
It’s been a while since we’ve spent time in a cubicle. We keep saying that we’re gonna schedule a company potluck day where we’ll make random and totally unrelated food items, put them on tables in the hallway, go serve ourselves portions on paper plates which we’ll eat off of while they are balancing in our laps. We keep asking Annabelle to bring her 7 layer dip, but she is reluctant.
Until we return to cubeville we’ll have to rely on videos like this to remind us of the joys of it all.

I’m SO there. I’ll bring creamed corn.
Pretty funny stuff. I miss the boxes of store-bought Krispy Kremes that sit there for a few days. Or the freezers full of microwave meals.
Then again, this is what it was like in a teachers’ lounge. I doubt it’s all that different.
“Phyllis, do you have to make popcorn in here?”
“Well, the other microwave needs to be cleaned. It smells like popcorn.”
We love a good hall party! Please count us in if you have the hall party on a weekend…otherwise, count us in in spirit! I learned how to make a delicious new dessert and if you do breakfast, Jacob knows how to make a good breakfast casserole. Both received rave reviews at our last 2 breakfasts.
holy crap that’s hilarious. esp. love the CD as lookout mirror and packing popcorn entrails… oh so many other delicious details….if only office politics were this funny! (and the wars weren’t actually brewed on the basis of things like pen-clicking or chronic coughing)
