Safely in Spain!

Spain2006 10 March 2006 | 4 Comments

After nineteen hours of travel – four plane rides and three layovers we met the Days in Valencia. We spent the day touring the Fallas Museum, walking around the city (to beat jet lag) and having lunch with the Day’s co-workers.Â

We then drove to the Day’s home city Javea, settled into our hostel and went up to the lighthouse for a time of prayer.  Â

Friday we spent the day practicing to put on a puppet show for the Fallas celebration. Yes, Puppets!!! Â

Prayer requests:

- For the health of the team

- To see past the ‘pretty’ exterior to the inner reality

- To be effective at the outreach we will be doing at the Fallas

- For renewed minds

Viva Espana – You all made it safe and sound. God Bless everyone on their journey.

I would like to see a picture of my Bro. Dan in his puppet gear. Have a good week. Will tune in later to see if we have “fotos” of the puppeteers!!

Eating squid sounds like suffering for Jesus if you ask me.
